What we do
T&S DESIGN SERVICES was established in 2004, and are based in Preston. Our aim is to provide our Clients with a professional service which is both efficient and of the best quality in the area of Civil and Structural design.
We have been involved in Engineering schemes across England, Scotland and Wales and work for Clients ranging in size from small local builders and Architects through to national and international companies.
The Engineering and Technical staff are all qualified and have extensive experience in a variety of areas of Civil and Structural Engineering inspection, assessment and design.

We have over 25 years experience in the construction industry working throughout the UK in a number of organisations at various levels; lead designer, team leader, project and contract management in both office and site based environments. We have worked on construction projects in a design, inspection and assessment capacity with project sizes ranging from small domestic extensions through to industrial facilities and manufacturing plants. Structures including, reservoirs, culverts, spillways, bridges, underground tanks and chambers and food / product manufacturing facilities. These have involved the assessment and design of structures constructed in steel, concrete, masonry and timber.
